Responsibilities :

• Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of web based hosted SaaS solution

Plan the project

• Create sprint from a backlog of requirements
• Define the scope of each feature included in a sprint
• Create WBS and plan each activity of a sprint
• Determine effort required for each feature
• Prepare a schedule for the entire sprint

Control the project

• Keep a close track of each activity and task item
• Prepare regular communication and status reports to be shared with stake holders
• Identify risk areas and take corrective actions to mitigate them

Required Skills

• Its preferred if you started off as a programmer and are now into management / coordination
• Some experience managing software projects
• Sound understanding of agile development methodologies

Desired Skills :

• Exposure to Team Foundation Server as project planning and controlling solution
• Thorough understanding of Software Development life-cycle and good exposure to agile or iterative SDLC
• Experience with managing multi-tenant hosted applications will be a distinct plus
• PMP certification will be preferred
